Decisively Undecided

Hola good people!

Its been a very long time since I've been on here. I kno I said before that I was going to make more of an effort to be on here on the regular but something called my life got in the way. I kno I kno..poor excuse. Everyone has randonness going on in their lives too. So I apologize. But now that I have a new phone that makes it easier to blog on the go, my empty thots can flow freely. There's only one problem......

I STILL HAVEN'T FIGURED OUT WHAT I WANT THE FOCUS OF MY BLOGS TO BE!!

Oh well..I guess I will be doing a little of everything. Later today I'll be getting into the Mortal Kombat web series. Has so much potential but I've been a little disappointed with the happenings, or lack there of of the latest episode featuring Johnny Cage.

Dread Update 1

Hey everyone out there. It's been a while since I've been on here but I'm making more time with my busy schedule. Ok, so I'm not THAT busy lol. Laziness just set in. But I am lazy no more.

Well getting down to business..I've been growing my hair since April and its making pretty good progress so far. Its been a struggle at times for a few reasons. 1) Although my sister has her own hair salon and she is my hair dresser and I don't pay to get my hair twisted..she can never remember my appointment! Even if its 2 days before my appointment she'll forget about it, forcing me to look crazy for a few more days before she can fit me in after work one day. I love her tho. 2) I've never had my hair this long before so it took a while for my scalp to get used to the constant pulling. Whether it was from actually getting it twisted or from picking it out when it was an Afro..and by the way..3) I HATE HAVING AN AFRO!...so I'm glad that its long enough that I don't have to worry about that anymore. There's a pic of the progress that I've made up to this point..I'll put more pics up of the progress from my 1st twist until now in my next update. But enjoy for now..

Politically Corr-wrong

How is everyone out there? This is my 1st blog and I hope its enjoyable to those who happen to stumble across it (whether I forced you to get on the site or you were unfortunate to accidentally click on the link lol). Either way, welcome and let the Empty Thots begin. As Rafiki from The Lion King would say.."it starts."

Today I wanted to talk a little about a conversation enjoyed by many at work today. For confidentiality purposes all names in this story (and any future story about them) will be swapped out and replaced by fictional characters of their choice. So my random Empty Thot for today circled around the word ending "ish". For example, "that cat is greenish" or "I'll be there around 8 o'clockish." My understanding if this would mean that it describes something that's kind of like the word you're using to describe something...hence, my question to Lion-O. Me: "If ish is supposed to describe something that's kind of like what you're trying to talk about, when people say they're Jewish, does that mean they're kind of Jew?" Lion-O: (after shaking his head) "Well its better than saying I'm a Jew!"...I hope nobody takes offense to this. I just thot it was a very random statement and his delivery was like a standup comic.

Well I'm almost home from work. Tomorrow we'll talk a little this, and talk a little that, talk a little that, and talk a little LeBron and new edition Big Z.
